Rainer Holler served as CIO/Vice President Information Technology at Sartorius AG from 2013 before joining 4Com GmbH & Co. KG (today's VIER GmbH), where he took over as CEO.
VIER was formed in 2021 from the merger of the companies 4Com, voiXen, parlamin, Lindenbaum and PRECIRE for which Mr. Holler was also active as Managing Director. Rainer Holler is transforming the technology companies into a leading global SaaS provider with its own platform-based real-time cloud ecosystem for communications technology. VIER sees itself as a pioneer for the future of intelligent and communication-driven work.
Rainer Holler is additionally shareholder and investor of Envioteq Holding GmbH since December 2020. He is always at the founders' side and has taken on the role of mentor for the founders.
Prof. Dr. Carsten Hufenbach

Carsten Hufenbach founded the nationally and internationally active consulting firm Dr. Hufenbach & Partner in 1992, which works across all industries. Mr. Hufenbach maintained a close relationship with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Göttingen and played a major role in the introduction of the degree program in industrial engineering. This commitment was honored in 1998 when he was appointed honorary professor. Since September 2016, he is also still appointed as an administrative professor for quality management. Furthermore, Carsten Hufenbach has been internationally active as a certifier for quality, environmental and occupational safety management systems for many years. In addition, he has been appointed honorary judge at the Göttingen Labor Court for several years and has been the new president of the DRK Südniedersachsen since November 2017.

Sebastian Dingel joined Deloitte in 2016 and previously worked at PWC. He has been a partner at Deloitte since June 1, 2021. He leads the Internal Controls Assurance and Sustainability Assurance service offerings in the Audit & Assurance business area. As a sparring partner of management and supervisory boards for the further development of risk-oriented ICS models, his focus is on holistic approaches to corporate monitoring, the consideration of external service providers and integrated digital process chains, as well as global transformation projects. For more than a decade, his focus has been on the further development of governance approaches of data-driven sustainability reporting. His project experience with regard to the design and auditing of ESG reporting processes includes thematic focuses in the areas of EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy and Green Bond.
